Research Verification Required

The following documentation is provided strictly for academic and laboratory research purposes. Contents detail molecular properties and in-vitro protocol guidelines. Not for human clinical application.

Research-grade synthetic peptides are temperature-sensitive materials. Maintaining cold chain integrity from dispatch to receipt is critical for preserving compound stability and research validity. Packaging Components Expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulated box — minimum 25mm wall thickness Pre-conditioned gel packs (frozen at -20°C for minimum 24 hours prior to use) Inner polyethylene bag for waterproofing Absorbent pad (in case of vial breakage) Tamper-evident outer carton Pre-Dispatch Preparation Condition gel packs at -20°C for a minimum of 24 hours before use. Pre-cool the EPS box by placing a gel pack inside and closing for 30 minutes before packing the compound. Wrap compound vials in bubble wrap or foam padding to prevent breakage in transit. Place the wrapped vials in a sealed polyethylene bag with an absorbent pad. Packing Procedure Place one pre-conditioned gel pack on the base of the EPS box. Place the bagged compound vials centrally. Surround with additional gel packs on all sides where space permits. Place a final gel pack on top. Close and seal the EPS box. Place inside the outer carton with documentation (packing slip, COA copy). Seal the outer carton and apply cold chain handling labels. Transit Time Parameters Cold chain packaging maintains temperatures at 2–8°C for approximately 24–48 hours depending on ambient conditions. Do not dispatch on Fridays or ahead of public holidays where delivery may be delayed beyond this window. Ambient Temperature Thresholds Do not dispatch when ambient temperatures exceed 30°C without upgraded packaging (dry ice or phase-change materials). Review courier transit time commitments before dispatch during summer months.
