02. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
03. Research Classification
All compounds distributed via Essential Peptides are strictly categorised as LABORATORY RESEARCH MATERIALS.
These materials are not intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or any other application outside controlled research settings. The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a licence to use it in a manner that infringes any third-party patent. All products must be handled only by qualified, trained research professionals, in accordance with applicable laboratory safety and handling standards.
04. Usage Restrictions
STRICT PROHIBITION: NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
Essential Peptides has not tested these products for safety or efficacy in food, drug, medical device, or cosmetic use, and makes no representation as to fitness for any such purpose.
By completing a purchase, the buyer affirmatively warrants that:
- the products are being acquired solely for legitimate research purposes;
- they will be tested, handled, stored, and used in accordance with the practices of a reasonably competent, trained research professional;
- their use will at all times comply with applicable laws and regulations in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
Essential Peptides reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order where there is reasonable indication that products will be used for a purpose other than research.
05. Liability & Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Essential Peptides Ltd, its officers, and directors against all losses, expenses, and damages arising from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your negligent handling or storage of compounds;
- wrongful conduct by users of your account;

- misuse of your account by any third party you have permitted to access it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for Essential Peptides’ own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
06. Fulfilment & Delivery
Essential Peptides shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or penalty resulting from delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: governmental acts or regulations, strikes or labour disputes, customs holds or import/export restrictions, courier or carrier failure, or other events commonly understood as force majeure.
07. Cancellation & Returns
Given the nature of these products — sealed goods which, once opened, are not suitable for return on health and hygiene grounds — the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply once the seal has been broken.
Unopened, unsealed products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our Returns Policy.
08. Intellectual Property
The listing of a product on this site does not constitute a licence to use that product in a manner that infringes any third-party patent or other intellectual property right. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their use does not infringe such rights.
09. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of this site, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
